In February 2015, following the 2014 ISL season, Sandesh Jhingan joined Sporting Clube de Goa on loan for the 2014–15 I-League. He made his debut on the same day against Mumbai, playing the full match in a 0–0 draw. Jhingan’s stint at Sporting Goa provided him valuable game time and experience in the I-League.
